Year 2
Welcome to Year 2.
Our class is taught by Ms Morrissey and Mr de Vletter. We will also be working with Miss Harris, Mrs Barnett and Mrs. Boeke.
For Spring Term 1 our PE day is on Wednesday. Please can children come to school wearing their PE kits. Please note that PE days continue to change every half-term.
- Homework will be assigned on a Friday and is due in on the following Wednesday. The log-in information that you need is on the inside cover of your child's reading record. This will also be occasionally be supplemented with their homework folder.
- Please try and make sure that you read with your child as regularly as possible and record this in their reading record.
- Children should have their reading books and reading records in school every day and please record when you hear your child read in the reading records. Reading books will be changed each Wednesday.
Year 2 - Parent Welcome Meeting
Thank you to all of you who were able to attend our welcome meetings on Wednesday 11th September. We hope you found it useful and informative and were able to meet Ms. Morrissey and Mr. de Vletter as the teaching team for your children in Year 2.
